Introducing the New and Improved Principles and Practices Volunteer Management Course

Grow your Professional skills with NYAVA this spring with the newly updated version of the Principles and Practices of Volunteer Management course taking place May 31 and June 1 from 9am – 4pm at the University Settlement: The Houston Street Center.  This is NYAVA’s signature course and attendees will learn about a full spectrum of Volunteer Management techniques from Recruitment to Recognition and everything in between.   There will be opportunities to focus on practical skills like designing volunteer jobs, marketing skills, and program evaluation along with opportunities to focus on Professional Development.  Get acquainted with other Volunteer Management Professionals and learn about the particular leadership challenges faced by Volunteer Professionals.
