Ann Silvestri

Client and Community Services

Ann Silvestri has years of experience in working with community and services enrichment. She has served as a volunteer for many years and finds fulfillment in fostered volunteerism and community involvement. She brings a background in the provision of presentations to Fortune 500 and other organizations promoting issues such as communication and team building. She currently works with Allistare a nonprofit organization which provides community information for health and wellness. Her career has included the delivery of training to prominent school personnel, governmental agency staff and other community organizations. Ann has been recognized for designing and delivery of career development and Group Dynamics presentations for Rutgers University. She has in addition created and facilitated programs on effective meeting management, reward and recognition as well as engagement and motivation. She earned her BA from Seton Hall University and holds a Master’s degree from Rutgers University.
